  Stopped on my way to work to pick up some lunch, the woman on the till was having a discussion with the customer in front of me who she obviously knew. In the mean time 3 other people joined the queue. When they had finished their discussion I stepped forward to pay for my goods. The woman at the till accused me of pushing in and told me to go to the back of the queue.A lady in the queue said I was first in line but to avoid a scene I went to the back. I dont know what the womans problem was with me, maybe less time gossiping with her friends and more time paying attention to her job would mean the store didnt lose customers.I certainly will not be shopping there again

  I’ve literally just phoned this spar garage/shop to ask if they have any warm food on offer, I spoke to a male called Chris and his attention to detail was excellent. He advised me what was available and even went through the cold food menu to see if there was anything to my taste. He really was exceptional how he dealt with my call, thank you Chris.
